We believe in "Quality over Quickness." If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives with a defect, we are committed to making it right. Our policy is designed to be fair to you while maintaining the integrity of our safety-first operations.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).

  • Personal care items or intimate apparel.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

4. The Return Process

To ensure your return is handled safely and accurately, we follow a structured process:

  1. Initiation: Contact our support team at support@humtdumt.in with your Order ID and photos of the product.

  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours (staying true to our "no-rush" quality check).

  3. Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our delivery partners are instructed to follow all safety protocols during collection.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same product, please reach out immediately. We will ship your replacement after our standard 24-hour processing window to ensure the new item is perfect.

7. Cancellations

Since we wait 24 hours before shipping your product to ensure accuracy and safety, you have the right to cancel your order within this window for a full refund. Once an order is dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
